I’ve always loved to cook — to create, to experiment, to make a mess, and to feed the people I love. But I’ve never been one to follow recipes to a tee. I’m stubborn, impatient, and deeply intuitive in the kitchen. I take inspiration from recipes, then do what feels right — working with what’s in season, what’s in my fridge, and what I’m craving in the moment.
Over time, this way of cooking turned into a collection — recipes-that-are-not-recipes. My own takes on dishes inspired by my favourite chefs, beloved cookbooks, and the people who’ve cooked for me from all over the world.
It’s for anyone who cooks by feel, who swaps ingredients without hesitation, and who believes that food should taste like you.
